Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cyprus Airport Taxi website (cy-airporttaxi.com) and booking service, operated by Cyprus Airport Taxi (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a transfer with us, you agree to these Terms.

We provide private taxi and transfer services across Cyprus, including airport transfers (Larnaca and Paphos), intercity transfers, group minibus transfers, and hotel/villa pickups. All transfers are private — we do not offer shared rides.

– Bookings can be made online through our website or by phone/ WhatsApp at +357 96780549
– We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak season (June–September)
– You must provide accurate pickup/drop-off addresses, date, time, and passenger count
– A booking is confirmed once you receive email confirmation from us

– All prices are fixed at the time of booking based on distance and vehicle category, plus applicable start fees
– Day rates apply 06:00–20:30; night rates apply 20:30–06:00
– Payment can be made online by card (processed securely via Stripe) or in cash directly to the driver
– A 10% discount applies to return transfers booked together and paid by card online
– The price shown at booking is final

– Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee

For airport transfers, we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we adjust your driver’s arrival time at no extra charge.

– Provide accurate booking information
– Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time
– Inform us in advance of any special requirements (child seats, extra luggage, accessibility needs)

– We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. traffic, weather, road closures)
– We are not liable for missed flights due to passenger error (e.g. providing an incorrect pickup time)
– Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in question

All vehicles are air-conditioned, insured, and maintained. All drivers hold valid Cypriot taxi licences.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
